This Shipping & Delivery Policy are part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be read alongside our Main Terms:  

 

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us.  

 

What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options:

 

We Offer Fast Shipping & Hassle-Free Returns!  

 

FREE Standard Shipping for all USA orders over $99!

  • After discounts are applied, the total must still exceed $99 to qualify for free shipping.
  • Most U.S.-based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.  
  • Your product should arrive within 3 to 7 business days unless you choose Priority Shipping or Expedited Shipping.  
  • Our warehouse is closed (Saturday, Sundays and all major Holidays)

Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 within the United States only. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

 

Domestic Shipping:

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on 1) the availability of your item(s), 2) the shipping method selected, and 3) your shipments destination. 

 

Items in stock typically ship out within 1-3 business days.

 

Orders placed on Friday before 12 PM MST will ship that same day.

 

Orders placed after 12 PM MST on Friday will ship the following Monday.  

 

Please note, our shipping warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and all Major Holidays. Orders placed on holidays will ship the following business day.  

 

Shipping Charges:

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping method selected. Sales tax is excluded from shipping charges.  

 

Expedited Shipping Fees:

We offer expedited shipping at your expense through the following 3 carriers listed below:  

  • UPS
  • DHL (International Only)
  • USPS  

All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.  

Please note that all delivery times and dates provided for product shipments are estimates only, and given in good faith.

 

We do not have control of UPS, DHL, or USPS.  Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or special sales events like Black Friday.

We strongly encourage you to purchase ROUTE shipping insurance for a small percentage cost of your order total. This insurance will cover your shipment in the event it is lost, damaged, or stolen. USPS and UPS only provide insurance coverage for up to $100 per package. Once the shipment leaves our facility, we have no way of controlling the delivery process.

 

Therefore, we highly recommend securing the ROUTE insurance on your shipment for peace of mind.

 

Do You Deliver Internationally:

We do offer international shipping. Please note, that we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees required at the destination.

We also cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the customer-selected carrier.

DHL and UPS are the only carriers we use for international shipping, and again, we highly recommend purchasing ROUTE insurance to ensure you are covered.  

 

Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.  

If the item you wish to cancel has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but may be returned for a refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

 

Questions About Returns:

 

The following Shipping and Return Policy applies to purchases made on pandasupps.com

  1. If a customer is unhappy with their product, we offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  2. If the customer wishes to return the product, one of our customer service representatives will initiate a return shipping label and email it to the customer.  
  3. The customer must print the return shipping label and send the product back to the Panda Supps Warehouse Facility.  
  4. Upon receiving the returned item(s) at our facility, a refund will be issued to the purchaser's credit card.  
  5. Once the refund is processed, the customer will be notified via email. Depending on the credit card provider, please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear on the purchaser's card.

Damaged or Stolen Shipments:

Panda Supps is not responsible for orders that are damaged by the carrier, misplaced, or stolen.

Once a package is in transit, we no longer have control over the shipment.  For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing Route insurance for all orders.

 

In the event of a damaged, lost, or stolen packages, Route insurance allows us to either replace your order or issue a refund.  


We understand how frustrating it can be to have your package mishandled or stolen, and Route insurance ensures that all parties are protected and covered in such situations.
